By signing below, I/we hereby authorize Howco Metals Management Inc. (Howco) to obtain a consumer credit report through a credit reporting company chosen by Howco.
I/We understand and agree that Howco intends to use this consumer credit report for purposes of evaluating my/our financial position to receive credit from Howco.
I/We understand that Howco will run credit reports as and when changes to this credit line are required without my prior written consent.
I/We understand that all credit reports will be kept on file at Howco and that the information will not be disclosed to anyone outside Howco or their parent company prior to written consent.
